I agree with Steven regarding the Argosy Psy.D. program in DC; I gave a talk there earlier this year and was by and large impressed with the rigor of their program (they've managed to make some excellent hires, including several fairly well known researchers who are interested in bridging the gap between science and practice). While there, I gave a pretty hard-hitting talk on pseudoscience in mental health practice, and surprisingly most of the faculty and students were receptive to my views. Alas, my distinct impression is that they are an outlier among Argosy Psy.D. programs.
