The 3-posts daily limit was imposed because tipsters wanted to keep Tips white folks oriented.They were not able to deal with issues pertaining to black folks that I was introducing on Tips.So the 3-posts daily limit was imposed to diminish the assumed irritability of my posts,even though the delete key was always an option.
