I'm a little confused. Are you referring to an advertisement that you see when you are on the page below? The ads on the page when I look it has nothing to do with Wisconsin, rather it is for New York ads and Singapore airlines. I think that the NY Times may have different ads in different markets, so the ad you are referring to may not show up outside of Wisconsin. Is there something else that you can link to that provides more info about what you're referring to?
