the link sometimes turns up the ad and other times produces different ads
(so try again and realize you are on an intermittent schedule). your link
points to the problem in WI; however, the new twist late today is that UW
Madison will be separated from the rest of the system (see
http://www.jsonline.com/news/wisconsin/116339939.html )
Rumors (no citation) suggest similar plans are in preparation in other
states. Today other faculty indicated that their friends and colleagues
elsewhere in the country were not aware of these developments in Wisconsin.
