Hello! A new rule was put into place in Georgia that now funds colleges and universities based on graduation rates (rather than number of students). It has put our university in an absolute frantic mess. Our graduation rates, from what I understand, stink. I know this model is used in other states. Can others comment on the kinds of changes that they saw at their university?
