Hi,

I'm hoping somebody can make a suggestion for a positive psychology book
for a first-year seminar. In the past, I've used Authentic Happiness
(Seligman), Positivity (Fredrickson), How of Happiness (Lyubomirsky), and
Myths of Happiness (Lyubomirsky).

Myths of Happiness was a bust. It is really oriented toward an older
reader. I assign the book at the end of the term to help students consider
how they can have happier lives. I could go back to How of Happiness but
it's aging so I'd like to be able to choose something that I could use for
several years.

Thanks for your suggestions!
