If you are on broadband, then the server check ins are quite often. I see my Tivo checking a couple of times in a 45 minute show as my second router is near the TV set.
Generally you need 1 hour before a show starts to get the TV to record it for sure on Broadband and 25 hours on a dialup. Alan ------------------------ Yahoo!
