This is great. I have a related question. I'm going to have to give up Satellite TV at the end of this month and was also going to stop my TiVo service. I was wondering, will TiVo still work at all, or will it become pretty much useless? I thought I remember that it no longer downloads a schedule, but you can still program it manually to record stuff? If this is true, will I still be able to use TiVo Desktop to transfer programs back and forth to my laptop? Thanks!
