I am not MegaZone, but is there an "oh" (O) or a zero (0) in your serial number? You know how finicky computers can be. I had a problem with that until I learned that they don't use the letter "oh" (O) in the service number, but they do use zeroes. If it's more complicated than that, MZ will have to be the source of the answer.
