I have two TiVos that have been using Netgear WG72 adapters. One has been upgraded to the TiVo brand wireless G adapter. I'm trying to figure out if I should do the same for the other, or switch to a wired adapter. It's about 12 feet from my router in the same room, so running cable isn't a problem.
For throughput, which would be a smarter choice? And what about stability? I have to reboot TiVos once or twice a week just to get the network back.
