Now what to do with my Series 2...
OK, here's what I had,
a Series 2 with lifetime on it and a
Pioneer 810 TiVo, at 6.95 Multi Service Discount.
THEN , a few days ago I go my Series 3, (NICE MACHINE).
I convinced them at TiVo to transfer my lifetime service from my Series 2 to
the new Series 3...
I thought it was going to cost $199 but they didn't ask for any kind of
payment.
I then noticed my Series 2 says (in information setup) "call this number to
get activated."
So, now what to do with this Series 2, with no service.
I was thinking of giving it to my daughter to use for a year, with that free
1 year service
I know, I could pay another 6.95 for it, I really do want to pay more a
month...
I looked at all of the payment options at TiVo.com, I don't want to do any
of those. Looks like the best deal is 6.95 with the MSD...
How long will this last, to use it like it is?
What features will stop working, and when?
