Yes, it does. But what you're saying doesn't seem to make sense. If it freezes when powering up, how is it ever running normally? Does it only freeze some of the time? Or do you mean that it never completes powering up and it is now stuck in that state and unusable? -MZ -- It doesn't ever run normally. For the few times that it does ever get through the Power Up to a picture, then the picture freezes. This happens 100% of the time. It is unusable because you cannot go to TiVo Central or click on anything else that will help troubleshoot it. sandr
