If it doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi, would the lifetime service I have on another TiVo cover both? If not, could you tell me which service plan is best since they no longer offer Lifetime Service?
Is the warranty the same on the factory renewed ones? Are they as reliable as a brand new one? Would you buy a renewed one first choice? Thanks, Sanr The TiVo HD is newer than the TiVo Series3. It has pretty much all of the same features for a lot less cost. You basically give up a fancy chassis with a front panel display and a fancier remote (which you can buy separately anyway).
