What I ended up doing was to go to the TiVo settings and choosing
Channels I receive. It only offered one lineup but it was the wrong one.
When it asked me what I got on channel 60 the only choice was ESPN which
is wrong so I selected "another channel", it then went through 61-65 and
I did the same thing. It was finally able to figure out what the correct
lineup was.

Yesterday I got a message on my TiVo that a lineup change has occurred
and this time they had the correct lineup.

For anyone else going through this please make sure that they have the
correct premium channels (channel 300 and above). What I did was to use
the FIOS remote to choose channel 300 and then kept hitting channel up
to see which channels I received. I then went to the TiVo setup and made
sure it had the correct channels.
