I have a Harmony remote, and seldom used the 'activity' functions. Trying to figure out what just got turned on/off got too frustrating. So, I just called up my devices individually and tweaked 'em myself. It still kept me from having to have a half dozen remotes covering my table. My annoyance was having to go 'next' through all of the possible functions to find the one I wanted. And some functions I couldn't figure out how to make the Harmony work with. I was content with that until one of the most used buttons quit working. I still use it for some things, but for the most part have happily gone back to the manufacturer's remotes.
