I got the 520, it's ok, but not as good as I thought it would be.

I concur though that you need to hide all the other remotes, and never touch
a power button on the device. The reason is the remote remembers the
current state of the device it controls, that is if the power is on or off,
which input, and so forth. So, if you're watching TV, and use a separate
receiver, when you turn the power on, it turns both on, and off, again, same
thing. However, if you had the stereo on manually, and then tried to watch
TV, it would turn the stereo off. It gives you ways to fix it, but now it's
no longer convenient, just annoying.

Also, regards to Tivo, the buttons are not as well laid out, and there is a
noticeable pause or delay between pushing the button and the actual signal
being sent, which throws my timing all out of whack when it comes to fast
forwarding through commercials. Also, since it lacks the Tivo specific
buttons, you have to program those into other buttons that may say something
else, so anyone who's not quick to pick up on little things like that won't
have a good time of it.

I got one as a backup to my Sony S1 remote, which are almost impossible to
find, used ones often go for $75 or more on ebay, and of course if you loose
the remote, you got nothing with a tivo, so I got the Harmony as a backup,
just in case the remote quit or got lost.

Otherwise, it can do a nice job of turning on the power to the correct
devices, setting the inputs and options properly, and being ready to do what
ever it was you wanted to do. Set up is not difficult, but it's tedious,
since you can program individual keystrokes for various functions (like "now
playing" is "tivo-tivo").

I want to buy a Logitech Harmony remote but I'm unsure of which one. Any
thoughts from you guys, especially as pertains to TiVo?

Other devices:
Onkyo receiver
Samsung DVD
Insignia LCD
Sony CD
Secondary Sony receiver

Thanks.
