Section 2 of RFC 7282 is relevant here: "rough consensus is achieved when all issues are addressed, but not necessarily accommodated". Issues have been raised (albeit some of them seemingly not well informed about best industry practices, technical alternatives, practical implications, or IETF processes), and those issues have been considered, weighed, addressed, and (IMHO) found to be "in the rough". +1 to Stephen's request.
