This was a bounce, Mike?  It doesn't look like one (envelope sender
isn't empty).  It looks like a spoofed From that got past your
wildcarded *@=mired.org rule.

Do you actually get mail from postmaster?  The only postmaster-related
bounces that I get are from mail that postmaster sends (very, very
rare) or double bounces that the MTA sends to postmaster.  In both
cases, the bounces are *to* postmaster and not *from* postmaster.

You could allow mail to postmaster and confirm mail from postmaster.
Or maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're asking.
