5 days isn't long enough to insure this. qmail's default queue
lifetime for example is 7 days, so if the message is deferred on a
receiving qmail system and is returned to you after 7 days, you won't
get the bounce. I discuss this further in FAQ 5.4. 

I've been using a 14d timeout for my dated envelope sender address and
haven't had any problems with them being spammed since this address is
harder to glean than From or Reply-To. 14d is probably excessive, but
who cares if it's not being exploited?
