And when this happens it is incredibly frustrating.  I was recently blocked
by a fairly large ISP for no apparant reason.  This prevented my customers
(the innocent) from continuing their daily business communication with the 
ISP's customers.   It basically becomes 'guilty until proven innocent.'

TMDA offers the best of both worlds, with only minor additional effort (and
only once at that).  Why anyone would feel contempt for TMDA is beyond me.
