Did I miss something, or wouldn't it be possible to insert a delay in
the first* confirmation message, and sorta-solve the bonehead problem?
If someone gets a message back from you in ten seconds, it's a 'bounce'.
But what about 7 minutes later? Wouldn't a significant delay (but still
fast enough to keep from lengthening the total response time to the
actual message) like that help the people not confirming problem?
