Not that I can think of off hand. TMDA should send back the confirmation request to the address that sent you the mail. Look in your incoming log file and see if you see two messages there when you send the message from the test account. Look at the last line of each log entry where it shows "ACTN:". The original incoming message should have an Action of "CONFIRM action_incoming" and then you should see a message within seconds after that one that shows an action of "CONFIRM pending 1048839331.19122.msg" (of course your numbers will be different". If you don't see that second message, then TMDA is not seeing it as a message that needs to be confirmed, and you may have a problem with your incoming filter. If you ARE seeing that message, then TMDA has prepared the confirmation message to be sent back to the sender. At that point, TMDA should have delivered the message back to your mail queue to be sent out. This of course depends on the fact that you followed the appropriate configuration steps when setting up TMDA. Which mail system are you using? If it's not qmail or Courier, then you will need to take some extra steps to make sure it all works ok. Look at http://www.tmda.net/config-pre.html for more information about that.
