Yeah... well to test you could use "tmda-address -d 30d" to manually generate a 30 day valid address and use that as your email address and send yourself an email from outside account. Things to check also is make sure you are using correct crypt key as that has to be matched to your email address. You could also test other generated addresses like a keyword address which is an open address (can be used by anyone, anytime). If *that* fails then you do need to look at your tmda setup.
