TMDA's confirmation requests are not "bounces", but rather
auto-responses; something for which there is no RFC for at this time.

1) TMDA's auto-responses are not NDRs.

2) TMDA by default does send its auto-responses with a null <>
   envelope sender address, so you must have changed this in your
   configuration.
