That's the virus scanner's job. Block viruses. That way TMDA never has to
deal with them. Take a look at Clam Anti-virus for a decent Open Source
AV solution:

ClamAV, when used with qmail-scanner, does a pretty good job of removing
viruses on my Qmail server, and qmail-scanner can easily be configured to
not respond to viruses that forge addresses.
