No one is nuts, no one is wrong. Different people have differing opinions about these issues. Similar to abortion, gun control, the death penalty, religion, and politics, challenge/response tends to elicit a highly emotional reaction, and conducting a rational debate about it tends to be next to impossible.
As troubling as it is sometimes, we have to just accept this limitation, and do what we can. Use the tool responsibly, and try to educate, but accept that some people will never agree.

I can't imagine how TMDA could have a better voice of reason, let alone that the same voice of reason is the creator of and one of the primary developers of TMDA.
As much as I will not sway from OpenBSD, sometimes I wish Theo would just not respond to e-mail :-)
