But it's not getting to TMDA. If it were, it would be listed in the log, in the To: field. That's obviously the problem; TMDA doesn't recognize this as a confirmation message. Have you followed the instructions at http://tmda.net/config-pre.html#sendmail and http://tmda.net/config-server.html#sendmail The EXTENSION environment variable is not getting set.
