I could contribute my method, but I actually, um ... ahem ... to be
honest, I run spamassassin through procmail, then have procmail call
tmda, which delivers mail to my spam folder if X-Spam-Flag is set to
YES.

I'm guessing there's a more direct method that would be preferable for
the tmda site (and possibly for me, too!).
