Odd. I saw one sentence, literally, on the VPopMail site about
Postfix. I looked for any additional information and couldn't find
anything. The programs (vadddomain comes to mind) update qmail files,
such as virtualdomains and users/assign. I'm rather certain Postfix
doesn't have those files. I could find no configure flags to tell it
to compile for Postfix rather than qmail.

Is it possible that Postfix support is only in the latest development
version and not the "stable" 5.2.1? I sure couldn't find a single
thing in the code or the docs that indicate that 5.2.1 works with
Postfix.

Also, Jesse mentioned that his installation is in /usr/local. I have
no problem changing the script. I've noticed other users mentioning
that it's in /home/vpopmail, though, and when I installed the FreeBSD
vpopmail-stable port, although the Makefile claims that it will be
placed in /usr/local, the actual port ended up placing it in
/home/vpopmail on my system. The documentation at inter7.com talks
about /home/vpopmail, too.

You don't need to specify the location of virtualdomains with VPopMail
support in tmda-ofmipd at all. It's only used by the VMailMgr support
and you only need to specify it if it's in a non-default location. By
default, qmail installs in /var/qmail. Some Linux distributions put
it in /usr/local/qmail, though, so that command line flag is to tell
tmda-ofmipd where it is.
