Thanks that is really great information. I guess journal writing would also help psychologically as when you tell someone to confide and get it all off the chest, it would just do that. I have practised that often when I am frustrated at work or something is bothering me for nights and I can't get sleep I write a letter to whover is concerned. Of course it never reaches that person but it helps me get it out of my system.
 
Crying helps, shouting and screaming in frustraton helps, but writing to someone helps more. Your journal could be addressed to someone, an imaginary friend or your inner self from whom you dont want to hide anything. It will work wonders I feel.
