Sally...I don't think it's so much "self centered" as it is "self preservation"......if we don't take care of ourselves first we won't even be able to take care of anyone else. Someone sent in a story the other day that I think we should ALL read......I believe it was Jeff that sent it in......it's called "The Spoon Theory".  If anyone needs a copy just let me know and I'll send it to you...... when Bill read that story it made him cry.........he said he stepped into my world while he was reading that story and it really got to him.
