The pump is not for those who need a higher dose of Baclofen than the pill can allow. I have a pump, and I went from 30 mg a day to 52 mcg per day. The side effect from the Baclofen is what was wrecking me. Because the medicine goes directly into my spine, I do not get the side effects, just the benefit of the medicine, and at a much lower dose.
