I gave up all caffeine and i was a coffee adorer.

My " tea" is cinnamon sticks and  cloves.
In the summer I brew lemon balm and peppermint from my garden.

I'm paralyzed and I do yoga --- as much as I can of what i remember of
what i used to do.

I deep breathe and count... both empty and full.
I was meditating and need to return to doing that, because
when i did, everything was better.

( my meds are an aspirin a day for bloodthinning, naltrexone
and nadolol every other day for blood pressure which is now
115/76)
