Cymbalta & LyricaI agree that doc's know almost nothing about TM. They realize the nerve problem, but that is it. I would say that about 80% of the time we asked questions about TM, the answer would be "we really don't know much about this disease" and "everybody gets hit with it differently". So frustrating! Therefore when a Dr. tells you that Cymbalta & Lyrica do the same thing and therefore there is no need to take both..I say..NUTS...the combo does work...maybe it is time for many if not all neuro's to admit how little they know about TM.
