John, do you get out of the house very often? Do you have a social life?

the stories, the wheelchairs ,the transfer boards, the plutocratic boards,

seams like most i hear of are worse off than me and I hate that any would
suffer,, albeit I feel my own pain and plunder personally.

I reckon any of us make it to tomorrow by our own virtue and will by the grace
given unto us to exist this miserable state.

other than that it has been another day in my own home.

that is a good thing!

Well, that answers that question;

Just got another sure-enough spell, lost control of my limbs, couldn't talk
more than to mumble a few words, and let my long-suffering wife guide me to bed.

Ritalin has helped with some things, reducing nervousness and a feeling of
being constantly distraught, but it has not stopped the seizures.

So what? I'm still better off than most these days.

  Seriously,

That does happen to me. I usually am able to sit down , before I fall down.
My mind slowly shuts down. Too much data- can not compute, overloading
occurring. I stay seated for several minutes, then I'm able to resume my
activities. My GalPal used to take these events personally, but now she
understands that she needs to help me by taking control, stop asking questions,
Etc.

My lesion is at C5-6 which is pretty high up the cord and may influence the
Pons.

I'd recommend googling "Pons". It's a pretty interesting part of our brains.
