Hi All, There is a article in the 'Vaartha' newspaper of 25th March,Sunday.
There is a 2nd year, Engineering Student named Deepthi, D/o Arjun Kumar, Private Employee. Both of her kidneys failed. NIMS docs told that she needs a immediate operation within 3-4 days. Her mother is ready to donate a kidney for the kid. The operation costs 1.5 lakhs and 1.30 lakhs post operation costs for the medicines as declared by the NIMS docs. What is our position now? For the operation, we can ask for concession to the docs.. Hopefully, they will be sympathetic and help us out. For the medicines, we can either talk to Subhiksha Pharmacy or Aushadi Pharmacy.. Subhiksha generally gives 10% outright discount on the medicines.. But if we can talk to them to give the medicines for a more concession, they might agree is what I feel.. Aushadi is again a famous medical shop having numerous outlets in various areas of Hyd.. Can we decide what is our stand on the case? Can we take this?
