All medical cases do not require our time. Divena's and Paparao's cases are different. They do not belong to this place and they do not have anyone in the city to help. They are dependant on us emotionally too. All cases need not be so. Most of them need only financial support. We go to the hospital at times to cross-check and also to pay the money directly to the hospital. Thats it.
