To keep it simple, since we already have a date set ( first Saturday/Sunday of
every month ) , let's stick to it.
1) We should go ahead with the meeting even if we have just 2 people.
2) Come prepared for the meeting , so that we could utilise everybody's time
efficiently.
cheers

Hi All,
This has been always my crib within myself ;-)
Let us discuss one point at a time.. I know it would increase the mail count..
anyways without deviating much...
1. Attending the meeting : Please do respond to the mail. You needn't give
reasons for not coming, atleast confirm your presence yaar... open mail.. click
reply.. attending / not attending and then click send will not take more than a
min.. So, please reply.. I know I didn't reply last time.. but will confirm my
presence or absence from next time..
At the meeting: Some come late and we need to introduce and re-introduce the
members to the new comers.. let us have only 2 times where we will introduce
ourselves.. at the start of the meeting.. (10-15 mins after the scheduled time)
and at the end of the meeting..
2. Discussion in the meeting: It will be very difficult to talk everything at
the meeting.. The main backlog about the discussion is we are not coming with
the homework done.. we come as if we are coming out of the bed and start
discussing which deviates us from the topic. Also, if u have something to tell,
atleast 5 people (of Hyd alone) are ready to read the mails, so please put it
in a mail and send it across. Even if the person is absent, we can discuss
about his/her opinions on the topic.
3. Location of the meeting: It is ok with the place of the meeting as long as
people can come on time. I have learned from our previous meetings that
Mr.Trivikram reaches the venue on time.. and sometimes even before.. we should
try to learn from such members.
btw, you are always welcome to DSNR but I do not have any idea of parks here :D
Best Wishes,
Vani.

do something. I will not refuse to do something I can do . ( Helen Keller )
