About the condition: I was horrified to see 5 new areas of scleral melting. Now i will start urgent methlyprednisolone and pulse cyclophosphamide treatment. He also has an aggravation of orbital disease Patient with appropriate treatment have a 80% chance of achieving and maintaining remissions and live upto 20 years if their kidney and lung functions are not compromised. The patient has had a dramatic improvement in pain and tenderness and a slight reduction in proptosis after the first dose of IVMP. I need to start IV cyclophosphamide after Urology clearance as he has a stricture urethra. Only worry is the stability of the cornea which has considerably thinned. The sclera is also thinned. Money requirement: The immediate expenditure is around 15000-20000 of which i have already spent 6000. the remaining will be needed at the rate of 6-10 thousand per month. Help: I want some one to help him find gainful employment so that he earns decent money and maintains his dignity by taking a health insurance. If you know any NGOs working in northern tamilnadu in krishnagairi and Dharmapuri districts i will contact them. Prasad Charasala garu asked us to send his two month's contribution (200 $ == 8064 @40.32) . I will transfer that amount to Pavan and he will give that to Dr. Rajesh. If Ismail garu sends the cheque to Chandrareddy, I will transfer Rs. 4000 before hand. So that the amount that should be transferred would be: Rs. 12,064. I will wait for both Pavan's and Dr. Ismail's response to go ahead. If Pavan doesn't have time, if we get any ICICI account details of Dr. Rajesh, we can transfer the money directly to him.
