Please subscribe to the subgroups of your choice. =================================== Please find pics of the patient whom i am treating This is for you all to understand what exactly is happening to this patient in a better way The first picture shows not so severe inflammation 2 weeks ago when he was admitted with a life threatening lung complication The subsequent pictures show gradual worsening of inflammation as a result of poor compliance to treatment Later two pictures show a much worsened corneal and scleral melt due to the patient refusing to come to our hospital fearing costs of admisssion and therapy CT scan of both orbits show a Lacrimal gland pushing the eve ball forwards ( left worse than right) The progression of this melt has been now arrested by timely treatment but the damage sustained in the last 10 days has been considerable and this eye will never be the same again The only consolation is the eye will not be completely blind Moreover the treatment is aimed at saving his lungs and kidneys from sure destruction due to the same processes Thank you all for your wonderful gesture in helping this patient I am hopeful of achieving good control of the disease process in 24 weeks Once he is better i want this person to take control of his life with some gainful employment and some insurance so that he is never dependant on me even for socioeconomic issues I request you to let me know of Any NGO in the districts of krishnagiri and Dharmapuri in Tamil nadu who could help him in getting trained in some income generating skill and achieve financial independance I will be meeting the collector of Krishnagiri next week and will try to seek his help -- Dr.Rajesh Babu MD Dept of Uveitis & Ocular Immunology Lead Medical informatics & EMR Narayana Nethralaya , Narayana Health City Hosur road, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore - 560 099, INDIA "When we do the best that we can, we never know what miracle is wrought in our life, or in the life of another." - Helen Keller ===================================== Thank you. with regards, Prasanthi.
