Hello Ravi, Let me clarify you one thing. There is no underqualification in Social Work. Qualities matter not qualification.
The desire to do the work and willingness to participate in the activities is important. You have those qualities. Exposure comes with experience and to get experience we have to work. So this is your chance to experience. Also all these roles are for record, for registration purpose. We work as a team as always.
