As Arun is going to come from chennai this weekend, I propose to have our
october monthly meeting one week ahead so that he also will be present.
Please let me know your opinion and plan to attend the meeting.
The tentative agenda of the meeting.
- Formation of dedicated teams for Education, Health Care and
Likeminded Groups. and assigning responsibilities.
- Discussion about 'Like Minded Groups meeting' attended by few
members. Exploring the opportunities available as a result of the above
meeting.
- Creation of a bank account in the name of group, after registration.
- Forming short term goals and vision statement for our group.
Documentation of all transactions relating to the group.
Venue: Dr.Sundar's Hospital, Sarada Appts, Beside Srikrishna Sweets,
Ameerpet.
(We can also meet in any park, if there is no rainfall. Please
come up with your suggestions)
Timing: 30th Sep 07, Sunday Afternoon 2PM- 5PM
Please add any more points i missed out. Let's get serious and work better.
As we are going to be a registered body very soon we have to work with more
focus.
I hope that all members will be coming for the meeting. Please confirm your
