Hi Chaitanya,
It would be good if you guys discussed about creating events like the
Oct 2nd event, where a lot of volunteers come together to make one event a
success and then disperse. A lot of NGOs here do this. They have 3 or 4
events in an year and lot of people attend them and many volunteers
participate. But at other times, the number of volunteers involved
continuously is minimal.
If TMAD organizes events with one time volunteering opportunity, it
expands the impact of TMAD.
