Hi All, I request all the Hyderabad members to attend this meeting. It is necessary to know how many can get involved in activities, so that we can share activities and can do commendable work.
We have many activities thought of which we wanted to do but we are ending up in taking care of just Mehdipatnam school - thanks to the efforts of Srinivas, Jairam, Karthik, Veena & Vani and some individual cases which are not activities where we can impact a large section of the people. And also with Prasanthi's continued efforts she has made a start in the LikeMindedGroups. During the last RTI meeting, there was a member of Bhumi who told about the program they wanted to do in Osmania Hospital on October 2nd, they have given in a good thought and made serious efforts as a group and are able to make it happen in making the hospital a better place. But all the while i was feeling our thought was also similar in taking up hospitals and do something from our part but we couldnt take it up as a larger interest and one of the main reasons is the volunteers. So unless we act together and put in efforts we cant make a difference in atleast a respectable scale. As members of this group please do attend this meeting. Ravi, I suggest lets keep it at Sundar's place only as we dont know when it would rain and also we dont have much time to go about deciding some other place like a park.
