Hi Suresh and others, You are right. It is the responsibility of all groups to share the amount. But now we are the ones who are convening the meeting and we are trying to impress upon them about the usefulness of a forum/platform like this and to discuss with them about the possibilities.
As it is a first of its kind (though second when it comes to us), we cannot ask them at this point of time. I am trying my level best to gather 50 people minimum from all groups and interested individuals. If the attendance is 100 there is nothing like that. We have to wait and see. But this is not my task alone. I request the same enthusiasm and support from all our members. I request each one of you to understand the importance of a meeting like this and invite your friends (who are interested in this kind of work and can be potential volunteers)and make sure they participate.
