Team, I believe the expenses for a meeting of this nature should be the responsibility for all the participating groups. This meeting is very important for us and so is for all the participating groups. We can equally distribute the expenses.
If you think at this point , this is not possible to do this, then i'm willing to sponsor the expenses for this meeting. I am only one, but still I am one.
