This is a well articulated proposal putting your goals and vision across
very clearly.
Chaitanya pointed out several critical points.
One item that I felt was sorely missing is the answer to the question
"why should I participate in this initiative?". The answer to this question
will decide to a great extent how many people would be willing to give you 2
days in a month, instead of working overtime or sleeping during weekends or
watching movies or spending time with family. Please give some thought to
this.
Also, I feel this vision needs to evolve to a 1 page handout that can
be distributed to companies and posted on bulletin boards.
