WE REALLY APPRECIATE UR VISION , GREAT....
instead of expecting
* we request volunteers to state clearly on which days of the month they
will be available.
*it is better to ask the volunteer to take a task or part of the task and
that can be completed in one month..and one day in a month the progress ,
feedback and improvements that can be done in next month can be discussed..
i had doubts about this organized structure wth the people who r
having their other proffessional work..but the more i am seeing
the vision i am also starting to believe that the things can do happen
like this...
now,, it is better to start the work... all the best
