Hello Dr. Sreenivas,

At the first stage, we will give them a broad outlook.

The technicalities and how we should co-ordinate and all, we will
discuss in the meeting and everyone will share their views.

The strategy here is that instead of we saying them to do this or to
do that, we will let them open up and say that they will take
particular task.

We made it clear that we want everyone to pledge two days in a
month. Why I insisted on stating the days in the meeting itself, if
everyone in the meeting agree to collaborate in this fashion, they
will have the dates too on which the people are available and they
can immediately plan an activity.

The aim is to come out of the meeting with a clear plan of action.

Let us see. Yes. I am confident that this vision is possible and
this is why I do not confine myself to one particular cause. All my
concentration is on making things happen, making the people meet,
convincing them that we can and we should do.

Last but not the least...... why not with a team like us :)
