Dear friends of TMAD,
Good afternoon,
I am Lakshmi working as Programme Coordinator for "District
Resource Center for Child Rights & Protection" in Nellore Town. I am
associated with Rashtriya Seva Samithi - RASS (www.rass-india.org) a
reputed voluntary organisation working for poor people since two and half
decades in five states in India.
I worked in various levels with different developmental sectors
like Tribals, Women, Child, Jogini's children, Self Help Group federations
etc., present I am working towards sensitize about child rights and
Protection issues like physical abuse, mental abuse, sexual, neglect,
exploitation etc. to different stakeholders in Nellore. I am enjoying my
work and have great satisfaction in it.
Recent days, I had an opportunity to participate in "Walk in
Brailee" rally where I met Mr.Perugu Ramakrishna gaaru, he shared about his
activities and meanwhile about this TMAD group which was very interesting to
me. Finally today I spoke to Ms.Prasanthi to know more about the group
activities. It was worth conversation with her where I got a "Positive
Energy" to serve more and to think more for needy...
I must thank to Mr.Ramakrishna gaaru and Ms.Prasanthi for accepting
me a one of your member.... I wish this journey could sustain to achieve a
meaningful outcome...
